Warranty Overview (1 Year)
Every Primalon product includes a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the day your order is delivered. If something isn’t working the way it should under normal use, we’ll guide you through the next steps clearly and respectfully.
What the 1-year warranty is for
The warranty is designed to protect you from manufacturing defects and unexpected functional issues that happen during normal, intended use.
If you reach out, we may:
- help troubleshoot the issue
- request photos or a short video (this speeds things up)
- provide replacement parts (when appropriate)
- arrange a replacement unit (if needed)
Our goal is simple: help you get back to a reliable routine without unnecessary delays.
We want you to feel comfortable with your decision. Alongside our 1-year warranty, we also offer a 30-day return window. If you’d like to return your order, please request it within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, and we’ll need your order number or receipt to help you quickly.
How to start a warranty request
Email support@primalon.co with:
- Your order number
- A short description of what’s happening
- Photos or a short video (recommended)

What’s Covered / Not Covered
We believe warranty terms should be easy to understand - no hidden language.
What’s covered
Your warranty generally covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional failures during normal, intended use
- Issues that occur without misuse, modification, or improper care
What’s not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper use, accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Damage caused by incorrect setup, modifications, or repair attempts not approved by Primalon
- Normal wear and tear or material aging over time
- Damage caused by improper storage or use outside recommended conditions
- Products not purchased directly from primalon.co (unless stated as an authorized seller)
- Products that have already been fully refunded
