Shipping & Delivery Policy

We know shipping isn’t just logistics - it’s part of your experience. This page explains what to expect from checkout to delivery, including tracking, delivery timing, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1) Where we ship

Primalon currently ships within the United States only. If we add additional regions in the future, we’ll update this policy.

2) Shipping cost

Shipping is free of charge on eligible orders.

3) Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2 - 5 business days. During peak periods, processing may take longer.

What “processing” means: preparing your order, packing, and handing it off to the carrier.

4) Delivery time (after shipment)

For standard shipping within the continental United States, delivery typically occurs within 2–5 business days from shipment.

Please note: delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other events outside our control.

5) Tracking your order

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If you can’t find your tracking email:

  • Check spam/promotions folders
  • Search your inbox for “Primalon” and “shipping”
  • Email support and we’ll resend tracking

6) Address changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Order modifications may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

To request an address change, email: support@primalon.co
Include your order number + the correct address.

7) Delivery delays

Unexpected delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or other disruptions. We recommend using your tracking link and contacting us if your order is significantly delayed.

If you reach out, please include:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number (if available)
  • The delivery address (city/state is enough)

8) Lost shipments

If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact Primalon support immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate the package. If recovery is not possible, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution.

9) Damaged delivery

We understand how frustrating it is to receive a damaged package - especially when you’re ready to start your routine.

If your product arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the box (all sides), shipping label, packaging, and the damage
  2. Email support@primalon.co right away with your order number and photos

We may request the damaged item be returned for inspection. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement or refund.

10) Missing items

If something is missing from your order, please email support@primalon.co as soon as possible and include:

  • Order number
  • What’s missing
  • A photo of everything you received + the packaging

We’ll confirm shipment details and guide the quickest fair resolution.

11) Taxes

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address in accordance with applicable laws.
