The Red Light Therapy Mat and all other Primalon products are designed for general wellness and personal recovery purposes only. Nothing on the Primalon website, in product materials, or in any communications from Primalon constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation.

You should always seek the advice of a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness regimen, including the use of red light therapy. 5. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

5.1 Order Process

Customers can place orders directly through the Primalon website. To initiate an order, browse the product catalog, add desired products to the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout, where you will enter shipping details, choose a payment method, and review your order before finalizing.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the products purchased, your order number, and estimated delivery. Once shipped, a shipping confirmation with tracking information will be provided.

Order modifications or cancellations may be requested within a limited timeframe after placement. Modifications or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Primalon is not responsible for these additional charges.


6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

6.1 Shipping Policy

Primalon offers shipping within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping is free of charge. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be longer.

6.2 Estimated Delivery Times

For standard shipping within the continental United States, delivery typically occurs within 2-5 business days from shipment. International delivery times vary by destination and may take 7-21 business days. Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing. Customers are encouraged to use provided tracking information and contact support if their order is significantly delayed.

6.3 Lost or Damaged Goods

If a shipment is lost in transit, customers should contact Primalon customer support immediately. Primalon will work with the carrier to locate the package. If recovery is not possible, Primalon will work with the customer on an appropriate resolution.

If a product arrives damaged, customers must document the damage with photographs and contact Primalon customer support immediately. Primalon may request the damaged item be returned for inspection. Depending on the circumstances, Primalon will offer a replacement or refund.


7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

7.1 Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Primalon offers returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition, in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Opened or used items, unless confirmed defective under the product warranty

  • Final sale items

  • Products that pose health or safety risks if returned after use

7.2 Return Conditions

All returns must be pre-arranged with Primalon customer support. Returns that are not pre-arranged will not be accepted. Unless the return is due to a defective product or a Primalon error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Primalon recommends using a trackable shipping method, as it is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Upon receipt of a returned item, Primalon will inspect it to confirm it meets return conditions. If ineligible, Primalon will notify the customer and offer the option to have the item returned at the customer's expense.


8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Primalon website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Primalon or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. 10. WEBSITE SECURITY AND PROHIBITED USE

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRIMALON, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIMALON'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO PRIMALON FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Our products are solely for personal, domestic use. You agree not to use them for any commercial, business, or resale purposes. Primalon shall not be liable for any commercial or economic losses you may suffer.

WARNING: IMPROPER USE OF THE RED LIGHT THERAPY MAT MAY RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY, EYE DAMAGE, SKIN BURNS, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE. PRIMALON ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM IMPROPER USE, SETUP, OR MAINTENANCE OF ITS PRODUCTS.


It is critical that you read all instructions thoroughly before setting up or using any Primalon product. Key safety requirements include:

  • Never look directly into the light panels — always use provided eye protection

  • Do not use the mat if the power cord, plug, or housing is damaged

  • Keep the mat away from water and humid environments unless explicitly rated for such use

  • Do not use while sleeping or unattended

  • Keep children and pets away from the device during operation

  • Do not exceed recommended session lengths as described in the product manual


By using any Primalon product, you agree to release Primalon from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from use or misuse of the products. You acknowledge that the use of the products is at your own risk.

To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message from us. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. We reserve the right to modify any telephone number or short code used to operate this service. Primalon is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service.


16. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

17. AFFILIATE PROGRAMME TERMS

These Affiliate Programme Terms apply to any individual or entity participating in Primalon's affiliate, referral, or partner programmes ("Affiliates").

17.1 Right to Refuse Commission

Primalon reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, withhold, reverse, or cancel any affiliate commission payment for any reason, including but not limited to suspected breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or activity deemed detrimental to Primalon's business, brand, or customers.

17.2 Prohibited Promotional Methods

The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

  • Promotion of affiliate links or discount codes through dedicated coupon, deal, or discount aggregator websites, blogs, forums, or groups, unless prior written approval has been expressly granted by Primalon

  • Placement of affiliate links or discount codes on "deals," "offers," or "coupon" pages designed primarily to aggregate promotional codes

  • Promotion of affiliate links through any form of paid advertising, including search engine advertising, display advertising, social media advertising, or any other paid media channels

17.3 Enforcement

Any Affiliate found to be in breach of these Affiliate Terms shall have all current and future commission payments refused and their affiliate account permanently restricted or terminated without notice. Primalon reserves the right to permanently refuse participation by any affiliate accounts owned or controlled by the same individual or entity.


18. TERMINATION OF USE

Primalon reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to its website, services, and products at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; engagement in illegal activities or fraudulent behavior; activities that compromise the security of the Primalon website or its users; or any conduct that Primalon determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to Primalon, its users, or third parties.

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including liability limitations, indemnification, health disclaimers, intellectual property provisions, and dispute resolution terms — shall survive termination of these Terms.


19. FORCE MAJEURE

Primalon shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, civil or military authority, fire, floods, strikes, pandemics, Internet disruptions, cyber attacks, communications failures, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.


20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY HEAR YOUR CLAIMS. THIS SECTION CONTAINS PROCEDURES FOR MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND A JURY TRIAL WAIVER.


20.1 Mandatory Informal Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Primalon, before formally pursuing arbitration, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally in good faith. To initiate this process, you must send a detailed written notice ("Notice") to Primalon at hello@primalon.co describing the facts and circumstances of the dispute and the specific relief sought, including supporting documentation. Primalon will respond within a reasonable time.

The parties agree to engage in good faith pre-arbitration discussions for a period of no less than sixty (60) days from the date the Notice is received ("Informal Dispute Resolution Period"). The applicable statute of limitations and any filing-fee deadlines shall be tolled during this period. Completion of this process is a condition precedent to filing any arbitration demand. Any arbitration filed without first completing this process shall be subject to dismissal.

20.2 Binding Arbitration

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY (NOT RESOLVED INFORMALLY AS SET FORTH ABOVE) BETWEEN YOU AND PRIMALON ARISING FROM OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO: (1) THESE TERMS OF SERVICE; (2) YOUR USE OF THIS SITE; (3) ANY PURCHASE, TRANSACTION, OR RETURN; (4) OUR ADVERTISING OR MARKETING; OR (5) OUR PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY PRACTICES — SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, RATHER THAN IN COURT.

The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law shall apply. Any arbitration shall be administered by National Arbitration and Mediation ("NAM") in accordance with NAM's Comprehensive Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures in effect at the time any demand is filed, as modified by these Terms. You and Primalon empower the arbitrator with exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of these Terms, including the arbitrability of any claim. The arbitrator shall issue a reasoned written award.

20.3 Class Action Waiver and Jury Trial Waiver

YOU AND PRIMALON AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS IN A CLASS ACTION BROUGHT BY ANYONE AGAINST PRIMALON, NOR WILL YOU SEEK TO BECOME A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND PRIMALON EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

20.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court consistent with applicable jurisdictional and dollar limits. Additionally, if you in any manner violate Primalon's intellectual property rights, Primalon may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court of competent jurisdiction.

20.5 Mass Arbitration

To the extent an arbitration falls within NAM's definition of a Mass Arbitration, the parties agree that additional procedures shall apply. Counsel for each side shall select 10 cases per side (20 total) to proceed first as a staged process, each assigned to a separate arbitrator. Remaining disputes shall not be filed or assessed arbitration fees until selected in subsequent stages. After the initial stage, the parties shall engage in a global mediation session with a retired federal or state court judge.


21. TIME LIMIT ON CLAIMS
