- Spraying liquid directly onto the mat
- Soaking, submerging, machine washing
- Store the mat fully dry
- Keep it in a cool, clean place away from heat and direct sunlight
- If you roll it, roll gently (avoid sharp folds)
- Don’t place heavy objects on top
- Unplug by holding the connector, not the cord
- Avoid tight bends near the connector
