Quick Start: Your First Session
Start simple. The best routine is the one that feels comfortable enough to repeat.
Step 1 - Unbox and inspect
Carefully remove items and check the mat surface, cable, and controller for visible damage.
Step 2 - Position the mat
Place the mat flat on a comfortable, stable surface (floor, bed, massage table, or yoga mat). Keep the surface dry and free of sharp/abrasive objects.
Step 3 - Connect the power
Connect the controller to the mat, connect the power supply, then plug into a wall outlet. Use only the supplied power components.
Step 4 - Power on and start
Turn the power dial to the ON position and press the controller’s power button.
First-use tip: Start at Low (P1) for 10 minutes. Let your body adjust for the first 3-5 sessions before increasing time or intensity.
Using the controller (what each control does)
Power On/Off
Press to turn the mat on or off. Always power off before disconnecting.
Intensity (P1-P5)
P1 is lowest, P5 is maximum. Start at P1-P2 for your first week and increase gradually as comfortable.
Timer (10-90 minutes)
Set your session duration. The unit automatically shuts off when the timer expires. Always set a timer - don’t use the mat unattended.
Mode button (M Button)
Cycles between different light operation styles, including standard continuous light and pulse mode. Most users can stick with continuous mode for simple routines.
Pause button (P Button)Temporarily pauses a session. Use it if you need to reposition or take a break.
Direct skin contact works best
For best results, place the LED surface in direct contact with your skin or as close as possible to the area you want to target. Thick clothing reduces effectiveness; light clothing or no clothing works best.
Duration
Note: Sessions longer than 30-40 minutes are not recommended - longer isn’t always better.

Frequency
Allow at least 6-8 hours between sessions on the same body area.
Where can you use it?
Bedroom, living room, home gym, massage table, yoga mat, hotel room - anywhere you feel comfortable.

Do not use the mat:
Eyes: Avoid direct eye exposure. Use eyewear if needed.
Children & pets: Keep away from children and pets during use.
Before cleaning: Always power off and unplug.

Gentle warmth is normal. Reduce intensity or shorten time. Always set the timer.
